Matty J recently returned to the KC area after 2.5 years in the Buckeye State. “Damn, it’s good to be home!”
Matt's primary duty in 2DW is playing the bass, but he plays guitar as well. It's a good bet Matt will play some guitar
on 2DW's future CD's. He is a believer in “homebrew" instrument amplification projects and owns various guitar amps
hand-built by people from the US and Canada. He frequents Harmony-Central.com and has become known
as an expert in packing and shipping tube amps. He’s an amp whore and has owned more gear than his wife really
needs to know about. Matt was only able to contribute to 3 songs on "Out of the Blue" due to him living in Ohio for
most of the OOTB sessions. Now that he's back in the Kansas City area, Matt will assume a more active role in 2DW.
Welcome home, Matty J!
